Connection Elementary

There are
three main things we want every child to know based
on Luke 2:52:

I need to
make the wise choice.

I should
trust God no matter what.

I should
treat others the way I want to be treated.

Please register your child at the Kid Connection Desk.
It is
in your child’s best interest that you walk your child
to his classroom and pick him up there.
We
strongly urge parents to get involved in Kid Connection
and to partner with us in providing a quality experience
for your child. |

 UpStreet is the
small group ministry at New Work Fellowship for children
in kindergarten through sixth grade.
UpStreet
creates an environment
where children can grow in wisdom, faith and
friendship. We want children to learn how to make wise
decisions, how to trust
in God, and how to treat others as they would like to be
treated.
UpStreet
classes begin at
9:00 and 10:30 After UpStreet, your children must
be picked up. We encourage you to bring your child to
UpStreet AND
KidStuf.

 KidStuf
Live is a 45 minute
production for elementary-age kids that uses
storytelling, skits, video, activities and music
designed to teach families basic Christian concepts. A
different Bible- based value is emphasized each month.
Parents can participate in their child’s world and will
take specific assignments home that they can use during
family times throughout the week. Each
child who attends KidStuf must be accompanied by an
adult.
KidStuf Live is at 5:00
pm on the second Sunday of each month in the Worship
Center. |
 AWANA:
This club
program offers high-energy Game time, Handbook time to encourage
and reward Scripture memorization, and Bible lessons.
This is provided each Wednesday during the school year 6:00
p.m.-7:30 p.m. for 3 year olds thru 5th grade. |

Project Halloween:
A
Halloween alternative
community outreach
for families of 4 year olds thru 6th
grade. These
fun activities are usually a part of this night: Hayride,
Bonfire, Backyard Bouncer, Face-Painting, Hotdogs, S’mores,
and Hallelujah time. |

Vacation
Bible School:
This
classic summer event is always a great time for adults and
children. Using an
exciting theme, kids are taught important Bible truths.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your friends and
neighbors. Classes are offered for 4 year olds thru sixth grade.
This is usually held the first or second week of June. Classes
will be determined by the school grade just completed. |

Summer Camp:
Students completing grades 3-6 are invited to travel to camp
with us in June. |
