Nursery Laundry:

Serve by picking up the nursery laundry and washing it weekly.  Fold and put it away.

Supply Shopper:

Keep track of needed supplies in the classrooms and resource room and purchase supplies as needed.

Time: approx 2 –3 hours monthly  

Resource Room Coordinator:

Tidy the resource room each week and put away supplies as needed.

Nursery Care (Helping Hands):

Serve by taking care of children birth-age 5 during regular church meeting times.

Time:  2 hrs (1-4 times per month)

Special Events Coordinator:

Plan and advertise for Kid Venture quarterly, Hallelujah Night, VBS Picnic, Kids Camp, Baptism Events, Baby Dedication, and Summer Preschool and Elementary Events

Time: 2 hours weekly

Jump Start Teacher:

Teach a class for elementary children about faith, church membership, and baptism.

Time: 2 hours monthly as needed

New Born Baby Visitor:

Visit parents and babies in hospital or soon after returning home.  Take a gift from NWF to new parents.

Vacation Bible School:

Serve in many different capacities during this one-week event: teaching, helping, drama, crafts, recreation, administration, counseling, music, snacks, clean up, and nursery. 

Time: We’ll match the task to your time and availability.

UpStreet Director:

Download, copy, and distribute curriculum to small group leaders and to large group leaders. 
Schedule and communicate with large group leaders.

Assist in recruiting leaders.

Time: 2 hours weekly as needed

UpStreet Large Group Teacher:

Teach the lesson in a large group session.

Time:  1+ hours as assigned

UpStreet Worship Leader:

Plan and lead worship during large group

Time:  1+ hours as assigned

UpStreet Small Group Leader:

Facilitate small group sessions with elementary children.  Follow-up .

Time:  2 hours weekly

UpStreet Materials Coordinators:

Collect, prepare and distribute materials need for all small groups.  This is done during the week.

Time:  3-4 hours weekly

UpStreet Secretary:

Greet children; keep attendance records, coordinate follow-up with small group leaders.

Time: 30-45 minutes weekly

UpStreet Media Technician:

Set-up and run sound for large group session each week. 

Time: 1.5 hours weekly

KidStuf Director:

Download, copy, and distribute KidStuf scripts.  Revise Scripts as needed.  Schedule and communicate with Actors and Worship Leaders. Coordinate props.

Time: 2+ hours weekly

KidStuf Actor:

Play a character in the KidStuf family worship service.  Memorize scripts, practice on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings.

Time: 2+ hours as assigned

KidStuf Worship Leader:

Plan and carry out worship music for KidStuf.  Practice on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings if needed.

Time: 2+ hours as assigned

KidStuf Media Technician:

Set-up and run sound for KidStuf session each week.
